AFLC Online Course Offerings

AFLC online courses start around the first Monday of each month. Enrollments for upcoming courses open three weeks before the start of each course.

To enroll in an upcoming AFLC online course, go to the Online Classroom, and, once logged in, select “All courses…” from the bottom of the My courses window on the right side of the screen. From there, select T-Training and Leadership Development > Leadership Training Portal > Auxiliary Flotilla Leadership Course (AFLC). This is the course page. Select the desired course to enroll.

The AFLC on-line version is a four-week, instructor facilitated course made up of four weekly modules consisting of video lessons, TED talks, and discussion board activities. Participants spend approximately two hours each week on course activities. The on-ground and on-line courses share the same instructional content.
