Mission Statement

The mission of the Auxiliary Flotilla Leadership Course (AFLC) is to provide elected flotilla leaders, and members aspiring to be an elected or appointed flotilla leader, with a clear understanding of the knowledge, skills, practices, and performance needed to be a successful flotilla leader.  

Vision Statement

Those who complete this course should be able to use the knowledge they have gained to lead a flotilla in understanding and committing to Auxiliary and flotilla missions and goals. 

 Attendance and Participation Requirements

 Trainees who enroll in the on-ground or on-line course are required to attend all instructional sessions and should actively participate in class activities, discussions, presentations, and exercises. Trainees are also expected to complete any course assignments.
