TO BECOME AN AFLC INSTRUCTOR 

To instruct the on-ground (face-to-face) or on-line (MOODLE Classroom) Auxiliary Flotilla Leadership Course, a member must currently hold, or have previously held, a flotilla elected or staff office, have completed the on-line or on-ground Auxiliary Flotilla Leadership Course (AFLC), be certified as IT, and be certified as Level 1 or higher in the Auxiliary Leadership Competency Certification Program. Qualified members as described above interested in becoming AFLC on-ground or online instructors should contact Sean E. Hunt, AFLC Branch Chief (BC-TLF) at [email protected].

The Leadership Development website https://wow.uscgaux.info/content.php?unit=AUX60 lists the requirements for achieving each of the five-leadership competency levels and provides downloadable applications for certification in each of the five competency levels..
