Fall District 13 Conference 2024
Our Fall 2024 Conference will be held at the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center from September 20-22, 2024. Make your reservations now.
Be sure to mention that you are with the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Single rooms
and double rooms are $127.00 and suites are $177.00. The deadline for
room reservations is August 20, 2024. After this date rooms and/or rates
may not be available.
There will be training for New Member Training for MT Officers, AUXDATA II and Quick Stop Reports, QE meeting, annual risk management TCT refresher .
Please make your reservations now. Remember the cutoff date for the special
rates is August 20!
The deadline for registration and meal and training selection is September 10th,
2024.

The hotel has an airport shuttle. If you are flying to Portland, pick up
your luggage first and then call 800-492-8700 for the shuttle.
Driving Directions:
From the south: Traveling north on Hwy 1-205: Take Sunnyside Road
Exit #14. Turn left onto Sunnyside Road at the top of the off-ramp. Merge into
the far-left lane. Go to the second stop light and turn left. This is 93rd
Avenue, stay in the left lane to the entrance of the Monarch Hotel parking lot.
From the north: Traveling South on Hwy 1-205: Take the Sunnyside
Road Exit # 14. Turn right onto Sunnyside Road at the top of the off-ramp.
Merge into the far-left lane. Turn left at the first stoplight. This is
93rd Avenue, stay in the left lane. Turn left into the entrance of the Monarch
parking lot.
The Clackamas Town Center is across the street from the Monarch and the hotel
provides free shuttle service. In addition to the restaurant in the
Monarch there are several restaurants and other shops within walking distance
of the hotel.
