Message from the Flotilla Commander 

08-04 is composed of Auxiliarists acting as force multiplier that may support Coast Guard units by providing a wide variety of administrative and operational support. Such support is meant to help allow unit commanders to redirect Coast Guard duty personnel to perform other missions that require direct application of their skills and resources.
