Standing Rules Flotilla 054-20-04  - Includes Updated Appendices, as of February 2020. This document states the standing rules for meetings, quorum, dues, etc. Note that dues were raised in 2016 to $70.00 annually. This action was reflected in the official minutes published in The Channel Marker newsletter.
