U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Division 43 is one of the most active Divisions in the Lake Michigan and Madison lakes areas. The Division consists of three active Flotillas. Two flotillas cover the Greater Milwaukee area, ranging from Port Washington to Racine. They are Flotillas 43-1 in Milwaukee and 43-3 in Waukesha. The third flotilla, Flotilla 43-4, covers the inland waters of the Madison/Dane County area..
Individuals and groups interested in recreational boating safety are invited to take advantage of our educational programs and free vessel safety checks.
In addition to public educational programs and vessel safety checks, our members also receive special training to assist the U.S. Coast Guard in programs such as safety patrols, search and rescue, and marine environmental protection. Our members volunteer their time, boats, and occasionally their aircraft to help us accomplish our missions.- If you are interested in learning more about us, please look over this website.
- If you are interested in joining the Coast Guard Auxiliary, please see this information and
