** Note:  Attending this "C" School does not qualify you as an Aids Verifier. You should complete the Aids Verifier PQS to obtain that qualification. **

 Reason to Attend

This school is designed to provide training in all four Auxiliary Navigation Systems Programs - Federal Aids, Private Aids, Bridge Administration and Chart Updating programs. The aim of the AUX 06 C-School is to train a cadre of Auxiliary leaders who will promote the NS programs in their District and develop NS training programs and Coast Guard relationships that support the goals and objectives of the Auxiliary Aids to Navigation program.

Complete your Short Term Resident Training Request (STTR) Form CG 5223

Submit your Short Term Training Requests to your DIRAUX through your Chain of Leadership. Please also send a copy of your STTR to the AUX 06 Coordinator. 

Note: Candidates and instructors that have not completed their mandated training cannot and will not be issued orders for this or any “C” school.

COMDT (CG54211) must approve all waivers.
