Contact Rob Kumpf, AUXLAMS Branch Chief if you have questions regarding the ZOOM / MOODLE virtual course.

***A NEW CHANGE TO NO-COST ORDERS THIS YEAR,  ALL DIRAUX WILL BE ISSUING ALL NO-COST ORDERS STARTING THIS YEAR.

If a District is interested in holding a session with  no cost orders, Please contact the POC for the C-School or the PM at the CHDIRAUX office.  If a session is listed on the c-school schedule as Exportable No-Cost then most all quotas will be for local no-cost students. Thank you all for your patience and dedication.

If you are a District that is hosting an Exportable session, NO COST orders will be issued by your DIRAUX this year, please have those members attending under NO-COST submit an STTR the same way as if they were using a funded seat.

However, NO COST STTRs WILL NOT be entered into Direct Access.***

Elected and appointed leaders at all levels of the organization should take this course and will be given top priority. However, Auxiliary members seriously interested in becoming leaders are encouraged to attend this course. All Auxiliary members are eligible to attend this course as long as the class size does not exceed 20 students.

Interested members are required to submit a Short Term Training Request Form (STTR) CG-5223 /ANSC 7059 via their Chain of Leadership (COL). The STTR is available at

http://forms.cgaux.org/archive/a7059.pdf

The DIRAUX office is responsible for screening prospective students for each course prior to registering the students in Direct Access (DA). Special circumstance requests must be addressed at this time. If the prospective student has any special needs or requests (physical accessibility, special diets, unusual travel arrangements, etc), a separate sheet describing these needs must be attached to the STTR. Students should research special circumstances prior to the issuance of orders to reduce the need for amendments to orders at a later date. The DIRAUX shall also determine whether or not a student lives close enough (50 miles or less) to the school site to be able to attend under terms of local travel. If so, then DIRAUX shall advise the student of such determination.
