Our Division is referred to as the Central Arkansas Division. We have 94 active members in 4 flotillas located in Ft. Smith, Hot Springs, and Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN.
If you have a heart to serve, we are always looking for new members to share in the proud traditions and worthy missions of the U.S Coast Guard Auxiliary. If you have a boat, PWC or paddle craft and enjoy getting on the water, we have an Operations Program suited just for you. But you don’t have to own a boat to join the Auxiliary. The philosophy of the US Coast Guard is simple, Always Ready or SEMPER PARATUS. Our core values of Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty, propel us to be the best that we can be, prepared to respond to all threats and hazards affecting both navigable and non-navigable waterways all across the US.
The Coast Guard Auxiliary is an integral part of that philosophy providing skilled competencies in search and rescue, safety patrols, safe boating classes, vessel safety checks and serving shoulder to shoulder in many other activities with Active Duty Coast Guardsmen. These can include communications watch standers, un-inspected passenger vessel inspectors, culinary duties, environmental protection and Homeland Security.
