The Auxiliary Change-of-Watch serves to formally install newly elected officers and honor the accomplishments and service of outgoing officers. This annual event is often the only formal gathering of Division and Flotilla members throughout the year. The ceremony follows the Coast Guard's traditional, time-honored Change-of-Command format.
