Welcome to the Division 25, District 1SR Web Site

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Division 25 is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to serving the region from the Rhode Island state border to the Connecticut River Valley. As part of the nation's premier volunteer maritime service, Division 25 plays a crucial role in supporting local waterways, ensuring safety, and fostering community engagement. Our members come from varied backgrounds, united by a shared mission to assist the U.S. Coast Guard and promote safe and responsible boating practices.

Division 25 actively contributes to the Coast Guard’s mission through a variety of essential programs. We conduct free vessel safety checks to help boaters meet federal and state safety requirements, offer public education courses designed to enhance boating knowledge, and participate in local outreach efforts to promote maritime safety. Additionally, our members provide direct operational and logistical support to the active-duty Coast Guard, assisting with watchstanding, patrols, and emergency response efforts.

To ensure effective coordination and teamwork, Division 25 holds regular meetings at U.S. Coast Guard Station New London. These meetings, typically held on the first Wednesday of each month at 1930, serve as an opportunity for members to discuss ongoing initiatives, share updates, and collaborate on upcoming missions. We welcome new members who are eager to serve their community and uphold the traditions of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.
