The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary has a wide range of mission sets to support and augment the active duty U.S. Coast Guard. As an aviation-focused, multi-mission Flotilla, Air Station Caldwell members regularly engage in a variety of activities to that end.  

While most of our members are involved with some aspect of the AUXAIR program, many members support the U.S. Coast Guard in non-aviation capacities. Member serve as Boat Crew, ATON Verifiers, Marine Safety Inspectors, Telecommunication Operators, and Vessel Examiners. In addition, when requests for assistance are made from the active duty, many of our members answer the call to serve in direct augmentation of a particular U.S. Coast Guard operation.
