Uniform Inspection

An annual uniform inspection requirement has been established effective January 1, 2024. Uniform inspection is an annual currency maintenance task and members must stand uniform inspection each calendar year; inspection completion (not inspection results) is reported in AUXDATA II.

Members who fail to stand uniform inspection will be placed in REYR the next calendar year, shall be ineligible to run for and hold elected office, and shall be issued a Letter of Caution by the FC.

  • Not inspect themselves
  • Choose the uniform to be inspected;

    • Blue Blazer Uniform (if it is the only uniform the member wears)
    • Dinner Dress Jacket, HWU, and organizational clothing is not authorized for annual inspection
  • May request to be inspected by their FC, VFC, or IPFC by way of photograph via e-mail if distance or physical ability precludes in-person inspection
  • Are exempt from inspection if -
    • in AP status unless applying for waiver to elected office, or
    • participate only in AUXLWO program, or
    • are in retired status, or
