SO and FSO Reporting Procedure - Report Submission

Good evening,

Last night at our Division meeting (13 Mar 2018) we had a good discussion on how I would like to see reporting by staff officers. Most of the discussion was based on the request from District that we submit reports monthly to the DSO’s. I believe this is the best timeline to assure everyone gets reports up and down the chain. Requested procedure for Staff Officer Reports for Division 21
  • Flotilla Staff Officers are requested to forward a copy of their report to the SO by the 1st of each month
  • Division Staff Officers will collect information from all Flotilla and are requested to send your report to the Division Commander no later than the Saturday night prior to the Division Meeting.
  • Division Staff Officers should send a copy of their Division Report to all appropriate FSO's and counterpart District Staff Officer.
If we all follow the same way of reporting, we will assure that everyone stays in the loop and informed of our common Division goals.
