If the rental type does not appear consistent with the vessel the passengers/charterers are onboard, passengers are encouraged to report the discrepancy to CGISTips using the link found at the end of the survey. Passengers should take particular caution if the vessel is chartered as the charterer may be held liable for any potential civil or criminal violations onboard the vessel.
