All flotilla members should read and understand the Flotilla Island Operating Rules dated June 2008 prepared by The Joint Governing Board for Flotilla Island.  These rules are for all USCG Auxiliary Flotilla 12-3 members and U.S. Power Squadron Lake Murray.  Use of Flotilla Island by USCG Auxiliary members should be while assigned to duty and acting within the scope of their duties.
