This page provides a comprehensive and condensed set of reports to provide you with as much information possible regarding your competencies with using as little effort as possible.

These reports have been written so that you can update them with your Member ID, and only see the information that's pertinent to your records.

Along with these reports being personalized, you also have the ability to save these reports to your personal folder in AD2 and to bookmark them, so they can be used at anytime just by you to keep you apprised of your competencies & currency status(es).

In addition to reporting, all your competency and inspection information is also readily available in AUXDATA II by viewing your Personal Record. The below section will help guide you through the steps to view your information.

The easiest way to view your currency requirements is through Competency Currency Matrix report, and while personalizing your reports is not difficult, it does require specific steps that need to be followed.

Prior to running this report, please review this guide as it will explain how to personalize your report, save the report for future review, and most importantly how to interpret the data you're viewing.

 Once downloaded, keep this guide handy for quick reference.

This report will show you all your competencies(AUXCT, VE, BCM, PV, etc) and provide you with their status and any task(s) required to maintain currency along with their completion and expiration/due dates.  NOTE: This report will not show competencies without currency tasks like BQII, nor will it display one-time tasks like ITRM or ICS courses that were originally required to obtain the competency.
