COW, the Change of Watch - DEC 2017
The Change of Watch or "COW" was held at Blue Skies of Texas, West in the Roadrunner Room on 15 Dec 2017. Cocktails preceded the event held at #2201 - The Home of Warren Moore and Ahia Shabaaz (HOSTS). Besides flotilla members and their families, members of the Blue Skies Community with a USCG affiliation were also invited to attend.
