2) Vessel Safety Checks

• complimentary safety check for boats to make sure boats are in compliance with state and
    federal laws
• no tickets or warnings; completely unrelated to law enforcement
• takes about 30 minutes

3)  Public Education

• Boat America  (BA) classes for all boaters - meets WI DNR certification
• Paddler's Guide to Safety (PGS) - class for paddlers
• Suddenly in Command (SIC) - mainly for spouses who don't normally drive the boat
• visits to schools
