Admiral Karl Schultz, Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard deliver the news that Michael Barth is the selected 2019 Auxiliarist of the Year. He serves with Flotilla 014-05-11 of Upper Manhattan, New York City. He has logged over 2,000 hours of volunteer services to support the Coast Guard's various missions and messages. Bravo Zulu!
