Leadership Competency Certification is the process by which a person proves that he or she has the knowledge, experience and skills to perform the tasks required of leadership. The proof comes in the form of a certificate which is earned by meeting the requirements at each competency level.
I t is important to note that certifications are a demonstration of ability or knowledge. Leadership Competency Certification shows members and the Chain of Leadership and Management (COLM) that you are committed to professional, sound leadership and are well-trained.
