Flotilla Risk Assessment and Management

It is vital to the success and health of the flotilla that the members, appointed leaders, and the elected leaders understand and evaluate the full impact of risk as it relates to the health and future of the flotilla This must be a continuous, systematic process of identifying and detecting hazards, assessing risk, and implementing and monitoring risk controls.
