Paul Malave, DVC-AW Division Chief for Web Services

Paul Malave currently serves as the National Division Chief of Web Services for Public Affairs (DVC-AW). He has been a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliarist since 2011 and previously served as Flotilla Commander, Flotilla Staff Officer for Public Education (FSO-PE), Human Resources (FSO-HR) and Communication Services (FSO-CS) for flotilla 35-06 in Chicago. Paul has also held several Auxiliary certifications, including Instructor, Vessel Examiner, Telecommunications Operator, and has earned his Operational Auxiliarist pin (AuxOp). 

Professionally, Paul has a deep background in Computer Science and technology with over 20 years of experience. In addition to being a former CEO of a downtown Chicago web development, multimedia and digital marketing company, Paul has also held executive level technological roles for nationwide corporations as a Chief Technology Officer, Technology Manager, Ecommerce Director, also as a Web Developer. In addition to years of strategy, development, execution and management of hundreds of technological initiatives for corporations, Paul has a lengthy background in business operations and also professional recruiting.
