Division 25 leadership is composed of a dedicated team of auxiliary members who oversee operations, training, and administrative functions within the division. At the helm is Division Commander (DCDR) Jason Kane, who brings a wealth of experience from both his service in the U.S. Navy and his extensive background in emergency response. Assisting him is Vice Division Commander (VCDR) Lisette Grunwell, who provides critical support in managing division staff and ensuring smooth coordination between flotillas. Together, they set the strategic vision for the division, focusing on mission readiness, member training, and strengthening partnerships with USCG Station New London.

Supporting the leadership team is a group of Division Staff Officers (SOs), each specializing in key areas such as operations, vessel examination, public affairs, and member training. These officers play an essential role in implementing division initiatives, maintaining compliance with Coast Guard directives, and fostering professional development among members. The leadership team works closely with flotilla commanders and station personnel to ensure that Division 25 remains a strong asset to the Coast Guard and the local maritime community.

Division 25’s leadership emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that its members are well-prepared to support Coast Guard missions. Through structured training, mentorship programs, and community outreach, the division fosters a culture of service and professionalism. With a strong commitment to adaptability and efficiency, the leadership team strives to enhance operational effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of excellence within the Auxiliary.
