At the Spring 2021 Business meeting it was voted to make the new financial reporting procedure a district policy, effective October 1, 2021.

Updates

Updates to the financial resources listed below will be posted so Finance staff officers (new or existing) will have the most current versions available for the new year.  If you already have one of the listed products, simply compare the version number of the file you have with that listed on this page to determine if you are using the most current release.  It is OK to continue using your current version of the accounting sytem through the end of the year, unless directed otherwise.  Always switch to the new version for the new year.

Report Ending Date

Remember to set the ending date in the “Unit Financial Report”:

• When there is a change of unit commander or finance officer.  Enter the date of last service in the Ending Balance date on the “Unit Financial Report”.

• After the end of the year, to December 31^st of that year. 

File Downloads

When you download the Accounting Software or Dues Notices, the yellow "PROTECTED VIEW  Be careful––files from the Internet can contain viruses." message is displayed in MS Excel and MS Word near the top of the page.  To turn off the “Protected View” mode and enable editing of the spreadsheet or word document, simply click the White "Enable Editing" button on the Yellow Message Bar, and save the file to your hard drive.
