Reporting Augmentation Activity for
Coast Guard Recruiting Support (AUXCGRS) program
It is important for Auxiliarists to report their augmentation activity when reporting for duty at a
- CG Recruiting Office and or
- CG Recruiting Office events at other locations
Please use the two (2) below forms located at the Auxiliary Forms Warehouse: http://forms.cgaux.org/
USCG 7029 Webform - Auxiliarists reports both mileage (when driving their personal vehicle) and miscellaneous expenses (food, beverage, uniforms, supplies, etc.) preparing to report for duty as assigned by a Recruiter in Charge (RIC) at a CG Recruiting Office (RO) when performing recruiting duties at an RO, CG Recruiting events at other locations or any CG Recruiting activity as directed by that RO’s RIC.
ANSC 7030 MISSION ACTIVITY (instructions on page 2)
- Select 90 B Mission Code Active Duty –OCS -
- Reporting all hours when reporting for duty as assigned by the Recruiter In Charge (RIC) at a CG Recruiting Office (RO)
- When performing recruiting duties at an RO
- CG Recruiting events at other locations or
- CG Recruiting activity as directed by that RIC that an Auxiliarists
AUGMENTATION ACTIVITY REPORT (INSTRUCTIONS ON PAGE 2)
NOTE: This form is only used to report your Coast Guard Recruiting Support augmentation activities and is to be submitted directly to the Recruiter in Charge (RIC) –immediately following a recruiting event - where you are reporting for duty.
Your individual hours should be reported using the Auxiliary ANSC-7030 and ANSC-7029 forms.
