The Analytics Section measures, analyzes and reports on the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's performance and resource data as entered into AUXDATA II. These reports are designed to help leadership and staff, at all echelons, make informed decisions, both tactical and strategic. Our goal is to provide you with the most up-to-date information possible. Please reach out to us for your statistical needs.
LUCI (Local Unit Charted Information): This Excel-based application provides data visualization at both the division and the flotilla levels. There are five key performance indicators tracked by month, and by year. These indicators are presented in graphical format. LUCI allows users to select any two units to view and compare. Produced monthly.
ARMOR (Auxiliary Resources Monthly Recap): Provides a snapshot in time, as of the date of each report, showing for all districts, divisions and flotillas, the number of members, their status and qualifications. Produced monthly.
District Trends Reports: Provide data visualization at the national and district levels, enabling decision-makers to easily view and interpret positive and adverse trends. Produced monthly.
Flotilla Analysis Report: Allows year-by-year comparison of flotilla membership levels, activity, and qualifications within a district, enabling leadership to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends and trends within local units. Aggregated activity and qualifications are also computed on a per member basis to provide for "pound for pound" comparisons. Each report is by district and is presented in tabular format. Produced annually in February.
