- Member (shield only): The bottom of the shield is placed 4" above the cuff, centered front-to-rear on the sleeve when viewed from the side.
- Office Holder (shield and lace): The lowest lace's lower edge is placed 2" above the cuff. The spacing between laces is 1/4". The shield is placed 1/4" above the uppermost lace, centered front-to-rear on the sleeve when viewed from the side.
