Our DSO-MT oversees the activities of this office and coordinates closely with all ADSO-MT officers. Please see the Staff List on the left bar of the homepage under About D8CR.
The ADSO-MT-Q is primarily responsible for review of submitted program/competency certification requests and, when verified for completeness and correctness, entering appropriate data into AUXDATA and creating/maintaining records applicable to these program/competency qualification activities. Further, the ADSO-MT-Q works closely with the DIRAUX office by preparing and forwarding applicable certificates for signature and distribution. Finally, an additional but very important function is to work closely with DCDRs, FCs, SOs-MT, and FSOs-MT to assure members are properly recognized for their achievements in a timely manner.
The ADSO-MT-S is the single point of contact for the following specialty courses: AUXPAT, AUXCOM, AUXACN, AUXWEA, and AUXSEA. He is responsible for administering and controlling the specialty course program and for maintaining its integrity. ADSO-MT-S distributes the exams and answer sheets, grades the exams upon return, makes the appropriate AUXDATA entries, and generates the certificates for forwarding to the DIRAUX office for signature and appropriate distribution. ADSO-MT-S works very closely with the DIRAUX office-designated proctors to further ensure the integrity of the program. Finally, ADSO-MT-S maintains the necessary records to assure that members are properly recognized for their achievements in a timely fashion.

Other ADSO-MT officers perform various tasks to assist in maintaining our Member's qualifications and readiness. All SO-MT and FSO-MT officers are reminded to stay on top of each unit's Members' currencies. Work to be sure we are Semper Paratus! Thank you.
