All National EM staff positions are in the Q-Directorate. Q is one of four Directorates within the Response and Prevention Group. Q manages and oversees EM activities for the entire Auxiliary and, as requested, supports District EM operations. Q also maintains a robust National Incident Dashboard with real-time information from multiple sources. The Dashboard provides Gold and Silverside senior leadership a centralized site for Situation Reports from DSO-EMs affecting Auxiliarists nationwide.
Q-Directorate has a Director, Deputy Director, and Division Chiefs with Branch Chiefs & Branch Assistants. The Q staff manages multiple programs. Most positions do not require specific EM qualifications, though many staff members hold ICS qualifications.
