 Division 7 - member training

Member Training officer is Michael Thompson

The fso-mt is the proctor for all tests.  We are requesting another two to three people be allowed to help because we have many members needing proctored tests.  The Division has 2  tct instructors, Richard Hoelle, from Flotiilla 72, and Tony Zocchi, from Flotilla 76. A member can take the four hour class from any of these instructors.

The ics 210 class and the vessel examiner class are on line now at auxlams website.  Https://auxlearning.uscg.mil/catalog/?id=124.  These courses do not need a proctor.  some other courses on the site are:

      500997-is-700:nims, an introduction.
is-100.b Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-100
      502290  Influenza Training
      502306  Ethics 1- Personal Gifts
      502310  Civil Rights Awareness
Building resilience and preventing Suicide in the Coast Guard
      810000  Sexual harrassment Prevention/Response
810015  Privacy at DHS: Protecting Personal Information

Morris Farmer will be teaching a technician ham technician license class, and a general radio license class again this year.

The flotillas will be putting together a boating safety class schedule shortly and then it will be posted  here on the web page.

all Flotillas are working on getting their members mandatory training done.

We will be having our annual coxswain/crew refresher training in April.
