Welcome
Located in south-central Michigan, the members of Flotilla 22-5 come from all walks of life and assist the boating public by presenting public safety classes, distributing safe boating information, performing courtesy vessel safety checks (VSCs), and visiting marine dealers. In addition, we augment active duty Coast Guard personnel where needed, and support other CG missions as directed by the Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard. We are a part of Coast Guard Auxiliary District 9 Central Region, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
Flotilla meetings are generally held on the first Thursday of every month at 1900 hours (7 PM) at American Legion Post 324, 1190 Falahee Rd., Jackson, MI 49203, and the public is welcome. Please check the calendar.
We're always looking for new members to join our flotilla and help us to carry out the missions of the U.S. Coast Guard. We are civilian volunteers, so you do not need to enlist. If you are a U.S. citizen at least 18 years old, we'd love to welcome you aboard!Links:
