Flotilla Report is needed NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on the 20th of each month.

In order to get the report to District each month, your Flotilla Report are needed NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on the 20th of each month.  To align the report with your Flotilla meeting schedule and FSO reporting intervals you may use whatever reporting period that makes sense.  For instance, you may report on 1 December to 1 January or 19th of December to 19th January or anything in between as long as the report is submitted on or preferably before the 20th of the month.
 

Looking at the report template, this should for the most part, be a good summary of your Staff Officer reports with your guidance, vision and leadership sprinkled on top -- this is where your VFC and Staff Officer performance can make you life simple or frustrating.
