Flotilla 10-5 Home Page

We are one of the largest and most active Auxiliary flotillas on the East Coast. This unit website is provided as a resource for boaters, flotilla members, prospective members and others interested in boating in southeastern Brunswick County.

Flotilla 10-5 has an area of responsibility (AOR) extending from the North Carolina-South Carolina border near Calabash and Sunset Beach, to the railroad bridge over the Cape Fear River in Wilmington, NC. We meet monthly at US Coast Guard Station Oak Island, 300A Caswell Beach Road, Oak Island, NC.

Coast Guard Auxiliary activities that 10-5 members may volunteer for include:

Nationwide we are currently about 30,000 Coast Guard Auxiliary men and women. With the necessary training, we are able to assist with any of the US Coast Guard missions, except law enforcement and military action. In many areas, Auxiliarists are the Coast Guard's only link with the public.

Please check out any of the adjacent headings and our Facebook page to obtain more facts and information about our flotilla.

Join us, we are still growing and we welcome new members!
