Purpose: On line training platform shared by Auxiliary and Gold side.

User ID: Member’s primary e-mail recorded in AUXDATA.

Strengths: Course completion information is automatically updated to member’s AUXDATA training records as a batch within a week to 10 days.

Hints: No two Auxiliarists can use the same e-mail address (for example husband and wife). Certain
browsers work well and some produce unexpected freezes, especially when you complete the course.
Internet Explorer and Fire Fox seem to work well but Chrome is not recommended. Although it’s easy
for a member to update their primary e-mail address using AUX Officer, updating your primary e-mail address in AUX LMS must be done by opening a ticket on the National Auxiliary Help Desk.

Password: Member Zone Password

Strengths: Stable site that works with all browsers. Simple to use.

Hints: Does NOT automatically import course completions to member’s training record in AUXDATA.
User must send course completion transcript to FSO-IS for entry to AUXDATA.
