Flotilla 07-09 Lacey Township, NJ

 

Flotilla 07-09 is located in Lacey Township, NJ. We are an  all-volunteer, uniformed component of the Coast Guard.  We are civilians, just like you, from our community and our primary mission is to promote local recreational boating safety and to provide operational support to the Coast Guard. We work closely with Coast Guard Station-Barnegat Light and patrol the Barnegat Bay.

What We Offer You

Free Vessel Safety Checks - Be safe on the water.  Get a free vessel safety check today for your boat. We will come to your home or marina and perform a safety check for you.

Boating Courses -Attend a course on boating safety, take a state of NJ test and receive a Boating Safety Certificate issued by NJ. This Certificate is required by NJ law to operate a motor boat in NJ waters.

Boating Safety Information - Be prepared for emergencies with local information about float plans, marine weather forecasts, tide tables and charts.
