Recreational Boating Safety Program Visitors

Members of the Auxiliary can qualify to become Recreational Boating Safety Program Visitors (aka Marine Dealer Visitors). In this role, Program Visitors liaison with retailers who service the recreational boating public such as marine supply stores, hardware stores, marinas, yacht clubs, bait shops and sporting goods and department stores. 

Safe boating and educational material is provided using display racks and other means of distribution. this material is free and provided to the customers of the retailers in an effort to promote safe boating.

The Program Visitors also coordinate "Safe Boating" displays at these locations, especially during Safe Boating Week at the end of May each year.
