The Emergency Management & Disaster Response Directorate’s Family/Personal Preparedness Program is designed to provide awareness, information, resources, and tools for our CGAUX Family to be prepared for emergency situations. With all of the assets available, the most important assets in the successful completion of the CGAUX mission are our members and their families.

Are You Ready?
This is a step-by-step approach to preparedness by walking the reader through how to get informed about local emergency plans, how to identify hazards and how to develop and maintain an emergency communications plan and disaster supplies kit. Other topics covered include evacuation, emergency public shelters, animals in disaster and information specific to people with access and functional needs


Why Make a Plan - Your family may or may not be together if an emergency happens, so it is important to think about the situations and plan just in case.  Here are some tips on how to develop an emergency plan.
