NYS Safe Boating Course Registration and Payment
Individuals 10 or older may take this course but who is required to take this course?
Brianna's law - All powerboat operators: ALL MUST complete the training by Jan 2025
All personal watercraft operators (PWC) must successfully complete an approved boating safety course before they can operate a PWC on any waters of New York. All PWC operators must be a class="red">minimum of 14 years old - no one under the age of 14 may operate a PWC.
