Steps For Registration:

When requesting Coast Guard TDY Travel Orders as a D5SR board member, instructor, or course student, you must first have a FINCEN Supplier Number and E2 Solutions Account. Follow the instructions in the attached “E2 Solutions Travel Instructions”.

When submitting a FINCEN Supplier Number request form to DIRAUX, mail it by USPS to: DIRAUX (D5SR), 431 Crawford Street, Room 119, Portsmouth, VA 23704

Do not send questions to DIRAUX. Please route them up your Chain of Leadership/Management. Or consult with a member who has an E2 Solutions Account.

If you already have an E2 Solutions Account, complete the attached CG-2070 TDY request form, sign it, and send it to the DIRAUX general email box at [email protected].

Please DO NOT submit a CG-2070 until you have an E2 Solutions Account; it cannot be processed.

Complete D-Train Registration at 5SR D-Train Registration Form.

*The attached brochure includes the full schedule, D-Train, and hotel registration links. 

*You must stay at the Marriott Short Pump if traveling under Coast Guard TDY Travel Orders.

*All listed D-Train meals are required if traveling under Coast Guard TDY Travel Orders.

*To get credit for AFLC, AUX-10, AUX-12, or ICS-300, you must attend all sessions each day.

*Per C-School policy, Trops are the uniform required for classrooms.

*Please note that STTRs are NOT required for district-sponsored C-Schools.

This is an excellent opportunity to take AFLC, AUX-10, AUX-12, and ICS-300 and receive Coast Guard Travel Orders that include reimbursement for mileage, per diem meals, and hotel costs.
