Flotilla 11-6 Calendar

Flotilla Report are due NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on the 10th of each month.

In order to get the report to District each month, your Flotilla Report are needed NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT on the 10th of each month.  To align the report with your Flotilla meeting schedule and FSO reporting intervals you may use whatever reporting period that makes sense.  For instance, you may report on 1 December to 1 January or 9th of December to 9th January or anything in between as long as the report is submitted on or preferably before the 10th of the month.
 

Looking at the report template, this should for the most part, be a good summary of your Staff Officer reports with your guidance, vision and leadership sprinkled on top -- this is where your VFC and Staff Officer performance can make you life simple or frustrating.

Note: Please Never Report " There's nothing to Report" Use some of the tips from the boilerplate to create your report. Remember to make note of everthing you do to help you create a great report of what happened each month. For example: Jan 10th to Feb 10th and so on.
