On January 5, 2025, at the Division 5 Change of Watch, the following awards were announced.

DIVISION TRAINEE OF THE YEAR:

This award recognizes the member of Division 5 that has demonstrated the greatest effort in supporting his or her flotilla through mentoring and supporting their fellow Coast Guard members and the Missions they perform.  The winner is:
