Flotilla of Year Honored at Training Conference

Flotilla 31 (Youngstown, NY) is Ninth District Eastern Region's Flotilla of the Year..

The flotilla was honored at the Spring D-Train (district training conference), where it also recieved the Flotilla Meritorious Achievement Medal.

Flotilla 31 was cited for growing membership; qualifying members for a number of roles; completing over 5,500 hours in recreational boating safety, public education classes, operations, and watchstanding.
