Events and Activities Throughout Division 24

Please note - this list "scrolls" each Saturday night and will show events scheduled over the next three months.  If you have an event that is not listed please contact the SO-CS as soon as possible so it can be listed.

9 SEP - Bay City Flotilla Meeting at the Coast Guard Station Saginaw River (in Essexville) and online (link to be posted). Meeting begins at 1930. 

24 SEP - Bendle High School Fall Festival at Bendle High School, 2283 E Scottwood Ave, Burton, MI 48529 from 1700 to 1900 with setup starting at 1600.  Contact the VCDR if you can assist.

25 SEP - New Member Orientation online at 1900.  Please register in advance by using the Division 24 SignUpGenius at this location.  This class will cover the basics of being a member of the Auxiliary.  Topics include a brief history of the organization, the Core Values of the Coast Guard, the structure of the Auxiliary, opportunities for new members, uniforms, customs and courtesies and more.

28 SEP - FRANKENLUST FIRE DEPARTMENT SAFETY DAY beginning at 1000 at the Frankenlust Fire Department, 2401 Delta Road, Bay City.  Contact SO-PA for additional information.

6 OCT - Johnson's Giant Pumpkin Farm, 4715 N Portsmouth Rd, Saginaw, MI 48601, annual salute to first responders and safety day.  More details as they become available. 

14 OCT - Bay City Flotilla Meeting at the Coast Guard Station Saginaw River in Essexville and online with the link to be posted later.  Meeting begins at 1930

19 OCT - Division 24 Meeting and Halloween Party at the SO-MT's home, 656 Rosselli Court in Bay City.  The meeting will be at 1000 and a lunch suitable for Halloween will be served.  Either come in a uniform or come dressed as your favorite Halloween character.  Election of 2025 Officers will be held during the meeting. 

11 NOV - Bay City Flotilla Meeting at the US Coast Guard Station Saginaw River at 1930.  The annual election of officers will be held at this meeting which will be in person only.
