Welcome to the Flotilla 2-1, District 8CR Web Site

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Rio Grande Flotilla 21 performs routine patrols at Elephant Butte Lake and Caballo Dam in New Mexico. Our members perform free courtesy boat exams on recreational boats and strives to educate the general public on safe boating practices and useful seamanship skills. Flotilla members routinely do community outreach throughout the El Paso and Las Cruces area.
