2. Read the Introduction to Marine Safety and Environmental Protection, 
It is also recommended that you log in to National Testing Center and take the test. If you need assistance logging into the NTC, you can find information here.

3.  Take the Marine Safety Administration and Management (MSAM) course on Moodle. If you need help logging into Moodle, here is the tutorial.

4. Introduce yourself to a mentor (Robert Musco, Rodney Janssen, Cliff Neve, etc.) to complete the Marine Safety Administration and Management (MSAM) PQS. Print it out.
