New National Help Desk
The National Help Desk (NHD) will be changing to a new system on October 24th, 2025. The new system will provide significant
cost savings to the Auxiliary while also providing a better user experience.
What this means for you:
Unit officers and directorate staff should review their documentation (websites,
presentations, etc.) and replace any existing reference to the current site (https://cgaux-helpdesk.kayako.com/) with the new one,
(https://help.cgaux.org/) after 8 PM Eastern on October 24th. National Staff will update the NHD link found on all WOW pages at
the bottom of the navigation bar (just above the Sign In/Up with USCGAUX).
The new URL for the help desk will be:https://help.cgaux.org/.
