The Initial Risk Management Training - Introduction to Risk Management is offered as an online training session.
This course is recommended for all Auxiliarists since it is required for initial certification for many competencies and to hold an elected office.
Initial Risk Management Training Policy
Take the Initial Risk Management Course (Enrollment Keys)
Go to Online Classroom Courses> Training (Including Leadership) > Introduction to Risk Management
The Risk Management/Team Coordination Training (TCT/RM) Refresher is required to be completed annually, with completion not to exceed 15 months from previous training for specific Competencies. It is required to remain Certified and be able to be Assigned to Duty. This is a facilitated training session often offered with the Operations Workshop.
Note: Air Operations members complete CRM-Refresher in place of TCT/RM.
