A. Summary of Activities: List all activities. Include only if there was activity for the month. Otherwise note, "no activity this month".
B. What’s Working - What’s Not: Identify any activity that has been unusually successful or unsuccessful. The intent here is to be able to share these activities with other flotillas.
C. Proposals - Suggestions: Include anything which will help us all do a better job. Administrative and training suggestions are welcome. If you need additional resources to accomplish an activity please let the officer know; we may be able to assist.
D. Recognition - Recommendations: Recognition is so critical to our success. If you have experience with someone who is doing a great job, please share that information with us. An Officer will assist you in developing an award citation.
